Info Bar

The info bar is available at the bottom of the interface, and provides both rich documentation on interface controls when moused over, contextual information as to why specific controls are disabled based on the internal state of the program, and information on various offline processes that might be running in the background (ex. simulation, rendering, or networked operations).
